Family and Youth teams can have from 3 to 6 members.
Youth teams must be in Year 4 to Year 13. Each youth team must have an adult manager.
There is no age restriction for family teams and all family team members should be somehow vaguely related.
Riders should be able to complete the loop within 45 minutes, be confident and able to hold their line when being passed and not be a hazard to other riders.
